If you’ve been following 4Discovery, then you know that 2022 has been a fantastic year for our team. Expansion minded decisions like opening an office in Nashville and hiring a new Vice President of Sales have positioned them team for growth while keeping our client success mindset in place.
We are continuing to strengthen our team with our most recent hiring. We are happy to announce that Andrew Kent is joining our team as the Chief Operating Officer. In that role, he’ll be helping our team to improve processes and continue our focus on client success.
Andrew brings with him a seventeen-year career in the legal and eDiscovery fields. He holds a BA from the University of Wisconsin and a JD from the Catholic University of America. His focus on process improvement, content creation, and cultural emphasis is part of why we sought him out to join the team.
For Andrew, his decision to join the 4Discovery team was based largely on our differentiators in the forensics space.
One of the things that impressed me the most about the 4Discovery team was their ability to tell a story. They’re not a team that just spits out reports and tosses them over the fence. Instead, they work with the client upfront, proactively to really understand the “why” of the client needs. That allows them to assemble a meaningful story as they uncover the data.
That’s exciting for me! It’s refocusing on what brought me to law school in the first place.
Andrew shared with the team why forensics has always been so meaningful to him.
I’ve always been somebody that wanted to change the world. Sincerely. To me, forensics does that. Forensics is finding the truth in the data. It’s telling the stories for people that may not be able to do so. It’s brushing away the allegations of what happened and it’s putting the facts clearly in place.
It’s a field that’s routed squarely in the commitment to Do Justice.
