I’m excited to share some great news for both our team and our clients.
4Discovery has entered into an agreement to join Crowe LLP, a public accounting, consulting, and technology firm in the U.S. with offices around the world. As a result of the transaction, all 4Discovery personnel will join Crowe as part of the Forensic & Legal Consulting Services practice. Our addition to Crowe will enhance their digital forensics, eDiscovery, and legal consulting capabilities.
We expect the transaction to close in the next 30 days, and we will be working closely with you and our new colleagues at Crowe to ensure a seamless transition.
Crowe’s Advisory Services business specializes in maximizing business value through specialized guidance in three critical areas: capital events, strategic initiatives, and legal events. Crowe offers a wide array of forensic and legal consulting services – from IP protection and post-acquisition management to eDiscovery and digital forensics and incident response. The addition of 4Discovery’s forensic experts will augment the firm’s ability to serve the ever-expanding needs of its clients.
Joining Crowe and its comprehensive Advisory Services business provides an exciting opportunity to serve our clients in new and different ways while also creating additional service offerings.
