Environmental Misconduct

Environmental Misconduct: Public Utility – A large publicly held energy company was accused by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission of spilling quantities of radioactive Tritium into public ground water. Lawyers for the energy company were tasked with conducting an internal investigation. Our computer forensics consultants, working with lawyers, collected Electronically Stored Information (ESI) from over one hundred computers at the energy company’s nuclear reactor site. The ESI was then preserved, analyzed, and archived for access and review during the investigation.
