Bank Failure

Bank Failure – A rapidly growing Chicago area bank suddenly failed when it’s founders reportedly engaged in fraudulent behavior. Recognizing an FDIC take-over was imminent, attorneys for the bank terminated the bank officers/founders, and hired our consultants to create computer forensic “images” of all of the banks file servers and email servers in an effort to preserve critical electronic data in anticipation of litigation. An extensive keyword search of the data was also performed to identify relevant electronic evidence.
