Scenario

A large publicly held public utility, energy company was accused by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission of spilling quantities of radioactive Tritium into public groundwater. Lawyers for the energy company were tasked with conducting an internal investigation.

Solution

Our expert digital forensics consultants, working with lawyers, collected Electronically Stored Information (ESI) from over one hundred computers at the energy company’s nuclear reactor site. The ESI was then preserved, analyzed, and archived for access and review during the investigation.
